Sign-in with the same user name you used to upload the photo.
Click on the photo to open the photo page. Under the photo you will find the link “Delete”.
Google Earth is not updated immediately, it might take some weeks. Your deleted photo will be removed from Google Earth in the next update around May 24th 2009.
If the photo is not yours, You can click on the "inappropriate or offensive" link on the right sidebar of the photo.We will manually review that photo if enough people reports it and act if necessary.
