Recharging your Nokia mobile phone with a Rs.10 currency note

The next time you need to charge your mobile phone and
there’s no electrical plug or electricity at hand, you may want to try
and recharge it using a currency note instead. Just make sure you use a
Nokia mobile phone.

Weird though it may sound, but that’s how it is. One just needs to
switch-off the cellular device and take out the battery. Now the
special identification magnetic strip (silver coloured) on a Rs 10 or
Rs 100 currency note is inserted between the charging points on the
battery (brass) and the connecting points in the phone and the battery
are put in place. Thereafter one only needs to switch-on the mobile and
pull the currency note back.

Phew! The phone is fully charged again in seconds without using electricity.
