Just send us an e-mail to copyright@panoramio.com with the photo ID-number located under the photo in Panoramio and any probe of your authorship (original URL, original photo file...). We will delete the illegally copied photo immediately. Also, instead of deleting that photo, we can add your name as author. In that case, please tell us your username in Panoramio.com (signup required)..Just remember that we can only act in case the photo has been copied inside Panoramio.com, if copied in another site, only you as the author can claim your rights over the photo.
